There are two ways to place an order, depending on the book you are ordering:
To place an advance order for the novel Bones That Carry Weight, go to our Advance Order Form;

If ordering the book Releasing Arthritis, print out and complete our
Book Order Form [printable PDF order form - 55 KB], and mail the completed order form with your check. Mailing instructions are on the order form. (You can also indicate on this form that you wish to get an Email Alert at the time the novel Bones That Carry Weight gets released.)
Shipping & Handling: A $5.00 (USD) Shipping and Handling fee per-ordered-book is added to your book order subtotal. Orders are usually filled within 2-3 days of receipt of an order, and the filled order is shipped United States Post Office (USPO) bookrate which normally takes 7-10 business days.
